Aaron Smith has been in full-time ministry for 10+ years, and regularly ministers to the global church body, traveling with his family all over the world to speak to young people about the beauty and bigness of Jesus. Host of the HANDLEBAR Podcast, Aaron oversees the second-year students at UPPERROOM School of Ministry while also ministering regularly at UPPERROOM.

Sarahbeth Smith is a daughter, wife, mama, and friend. Most recognized as a part of UPPERROOM, Sarahbeth has a deep passion for the presence of God, she longs to see people encounter the Holy Spirit, fall in love with the Word, and walk boldly in their God-given identity and calling. She is also a host of the HANDLEBAR Podcast!

Ben Wilson is a husband, father, and pastor with a huge passion for seeing the Body of Christ step into deep intimacy with Jesus. Originally from Australia, Ben moved to Redding in 2011 to attend BSSM and has since spent nine years there, pastoring at Bethel Church, in the On Campus role.
